At Monin, we strive to ensure every flavor meets your expectations; however, due to the food-grade nature of our syrups and concentrates, we can only accept returns on unopened or damaged items within 30 days of purchase.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened bottles in their original packaging, ensuring they are cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement flavor within 5-7 business days.
